HuiTapp Terms of Service

1. Agreement Scope and Acceptance

These terms apply to HuiTapp digital services including websites, apps, and games. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use of the Service requires guardian approval and supervision.

Where required by app marketplace standards, we apply age-sensitive safeguards such as age prompts, restricted personalization, and content controls.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Account sharing, unauthorized resale, or misuse is prohibited.

4. Service Changes and Availability

We may update features, interfaces, and technical components over time. Services may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, compliance, or risk control. Material changes are communicated through reasonable notice channels.

5. User Conduct Rules

You may not:

1. Violate applicable laws or regulations;

2. Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;

3. Distribute malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with service stability;

4. Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive commercial behavior;

5. Use automation or abuse patterns that compromise fairness or system security.

We may take enforcement actions including warning, feature restrictions, content removal, suspension, or account termination.

6. User Content and Moderation

If the Service allows user-generated content, you confirm that you hold necessary rights to submit such content. You grant HuiTapp a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute content solely to operate and secure the Service.

We may moderate content according to law, platform standards, and security requirements.

7. Advertising and Monetization

Some services are supported by in-app advertising (IAA). Ad content may be delivered by approved partners. We apply reasonable governance but do not guarantee every third-party advertisement.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design assets, trademarks, and related materials within the Service are owned by HuiTapp or authorized rights holders. No unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is permitted.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party SDKs and external links. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. HuiTapp is not responsible for third-party obligations beyond applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, HuiTapp is not liable for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party systems, or other factors outside reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of legally required minimum remedies or the amount you paid for the relevant service, if any.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or risk prevention needs.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Parties should first seek amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction.

13. Terms Updates

We may revise these terms based on legal, policy, or product changes. Updated terms become effective after publication and reasonable notice.
