This policy applies to HuiTapp mobile apps, game products, website services (www.huitapp.top), and related digital offerings (collectively, the "Service").
HuiTapp acts as the data controller for personal information processing within the Service. Where third-party providers are involved, their roles are disclosed through in-app notices or policy references.
Examples include account details, contact email, support messages, survey responses, and content submitted through product features.
Examples include device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, usage logs, crash diagnostics, network type, and IP address.
We may use third-party services for analytics, crash monitoring, security risk control, and advertising delivery. Partners are contractually required to process data lawfully and only as necessary.
We process data to provide and maintain services, verify identity, protect account security, prevent abuse, support customer service, improve product quality, measure performance, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on legal jurisdiction, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal compliance, or user consent where required.
HuiTapp uses an IAA model. Ad services may process contextual and device-level signals for frequency control, campaign attribution, and anti-fraud functions.
We do not sell personal information. Users may manage ad preferences through available system or in-app controls. If personalization is disabled, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
We do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information except when:
1. You provide explicit authorization;
2. It is necessary to perform our service contract;
3. It is required to protect vital interests or public safety;
4. It is required by law, court order, or government authority;
5. A lawful business transfer requires controlled continuity of services under equivalent privacy obligations.
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to fulfill service purposes or legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized after retention periods expire.
If cross-border transfer is necessary, we apply safeguards such as contractual protections, access controls, and technical security measures consistent with applicable law.
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

We take children’s privacy seriously. Where applicable, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
For age-sensitive jurisdictions and platform standards, we may apply age gates, stricter default privacy settings, reduced personalization, and enhanced guardian request channels.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted transmission, access controls, audit logging, vulnerability response, and backup recovery protocols.
No internet-based system is fully risk-free. Users should protect account credentials and avoid sharing passwords.
The app may request permissions only when required by features, such as:
1. Storage access for cached content and diagnostics export;
2. Network access for service connectivity and updates;
3. Notification access for important product messages;
4. Additional permissions with contextual prompts before activation.
You may revoke permissions through system settings, which may limit related functionality.
The Service may include links to external platforms. Third-party providers maintain their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before use.
We may update this policy as legal requirements or product features evolve. Material updates are announced through reasonable channels such as in-app notices or website announcements.
