HuiTapp Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 9, 2026. Last updated: April 9, 2026. This policy explains how HuiTapp processes personal information and protects user rights in line with App Store and Google Play requirements.
1. Scope and Controller Identity
This policy applies to HuiTapp mobile apps, game products, website services (www.huitapp.top), and related digital offerings (collectively, the "Service").
HuiTapp acts as the data controller for personal information processing within the Service. Where third-party providers are involved, their roles are disclosed through in-app notices or policy references.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Examples include account details, contact email, support messages, survey responses, and content submitted through product features.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Examples include device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, usage logs, crash diagnostics, network type, and IP address.
2.3 Information from SDKs and Partners
We may use third-party services for analytics, crash monitoring, security risk control, and advertising delivery. Partners are contractually required to process data lawfully and only as necessary.
3. Why We Process Information
We process data to provide and maintain services, verify identity, protect account security, prevent abuse, support customer service, improve product quality, measure performance, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on legal jurisdiction, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal compliance, or user consent where required.
4. Advertising, Attribution, and Personalization
HuiTapp uses an IAA model. Ad services may process contextual and device-level signals for frequency control, campaign attribution, and anti-fraud functions.
We do not sell personal information. Users may manage ad preferences through available system or in-app controls. If personalization is disabled, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information except when:

2. It is necessary to perform our service contract;
3. It is required to protect vital interests or public safety;
4. It is required by law, court order, or government authority;

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to fulfill service purposes or legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized after retention periods expire.

No internet-based system is fully risk-free. Users should protect account credentials and avoid sharing passwords.

4. Additional permissions with contextual prompts before activation.
